Shipping & Delivery Policy
We try to ship all orders within four business days. Tracking numbers, if
available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the
e-mail address provided by the buyer. Packages shipped by us are not insured against
loss or damage. You need to check the packet while accepting the same.
Depending on the product availability, few orders might take more than 4
days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any
such problem related to delayed processing of the order.
For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a
festival, where specific delivery time-frame is important (like birthdays,
festivals, Diwali etc), customers are advised to place the order at least 30
days before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries kindly contact us
before placing the order.
We dispatch the orders through DPD/Hermes/DHL. To get the ordered product in
time, kindly ensure that your zip code is serviced by the respective shipping
companies (kindly check their respective websites).

Section 1: Introduction
This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges
that apply to orders for our products made through our website. This policy
does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; it merely indicates
our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products.
Section 2: Geographical limitations
We are currently only delivering only within Germany.
Section 3: Delivery methods and periods
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order. All orders placed before 12:00 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day. This might change in some circumstances based on our discretion.
Section 4: Delivery tracking and Time Line
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
We use DPD/Hermes/DHL for all deliveries within Germany and they usually deliver
within 2-4 working days (without guarantee, not including the date of dispatch).
Section 5: Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
Section 6: Collection
If your products remain undelivered, the delivery service provider will
leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your
products, including a time limit for collection. They normally leave the parcel
with a neighbour or at the closest packet centre.
Section 7: Delivery problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the
contact details that we publish on our website. If our delivery service the provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault,
and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within
the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the
products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of
re-delivery even where the initial delivery was free of charge. An indicative
list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out
(a) You provided the wrong address for delivery
(b) There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
(c) The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
(d) The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
(e) If in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means
of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person
available to accept delivery
(f) If in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the
address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
Section 9: Packet Shop Delivery
If your order is delivered at a packet shop you are requested to pick up
the parcel by taking a valid form of ID with your current address (same as
delivery address) within 5 working days. If you fail to pick up your order it
will be returned to us and the following amount will be deducted from your
